WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT AT GLAM SALON?


Currently we accept cash, checks and all forms of credit cards.




CAN I ADD A TIP TO MY CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION?


No, tips are appreciated and cash only.




WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY AT GLAM SALON?


We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation, otherwise we charge for half the service booked.




WHY DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD TO BOOK A SERVICE?


*See cancellation policy If we do not receive cancellation notice we charge the card on file.




HOW LATE CAN I BE FOR AN APPOINTMENT?


Contact the front desk with any delay on arriving for your appointment. However, the standard rule is any arrival later than 10 minutes from scheduled appointment will have to be rescheduled. *We appreciate you arriving at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.




DO YOU HAVE PARKING AVAILABLE?


Glam does have a shared lot located in front of the salon. However, it is owned by several businesses and availability is often limited. There is a pay parking along Walnut street, a pay parking garage off of Bellefonte street and free 2 hour parking in the residential section of Shadyside.




CAN I BRING MY PET INTO GLAM?


For the comfort and safety of all of our guests we ask that you leave your pet at home.
