HOW DO I GET STARTED?


Every potential client/project must first book a free virtual consultation PRIOR to purchasing any service




I'M READY TO WORK! WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CONSULTATION?


Following the consultation, we will send over a contract and let you know which service to purchase on our website OR send a direct invoice (if discussed during your consultation). Work will begin as soon as a payment is received.




DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?


We do not offer payment plans, however, we can do split payments. This should be discussed at the time of your consultation.




WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR YOUR SERVICES?


We pride ourselves on efficiency! Typically, you can see a 2-5 business day turnaround time for designing smaller projects (logos, flyers, invitations, announcements). For larger projects (logo sets, website design, social media strategy, creative brand kits, audits, etc.), we reserve 10-15 business days to complete the project. There will be a revision period included in that time frame.




CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS


Due to the nature of these services, shaydes creative co. does not provide refunds for any design services, as these are paid for following a consultation and contract signing. In terms of social or digital management or consulting long-term contracts, if a cancellation of services is wanted, the work will continue through the remainder of the month and will not continue beyond that point. If paying on a month-to-month basis for consulting and management, no funds will be paid for any remaining months of the contract. Once final designs or content have been sent and delivered, no refund or payment shall be reimbursed.
